Itinerary

Your private guide picks you up from your Yogyakarta hotel at 4 AM. Drive 40 km to Borobudur.

Arrive before opening to secure the best position on the upper terrace. Watch the sun rise over the misty plains. Explore the monument's nine platforms, 2,672 reliefs, and 72 stupas with your expert guide.

Traditional breakfast near Borobudur. Drive back to Yogyakarta. Optional: Kraton (Sultan's Palace) and Batik workshop visit.
