1. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total tour price. The balance is due 7 days before departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours before departure: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• Cancellation due to force majeure: Credit toward future booking

3. Liability

Florish Tour is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, or conditions beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

4. Participant Conduct

We reserve the right to remove participants who endanger themselves or others, damage property, or disrespect guides and local communities.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
